Buttermilk Road west to snow closure

Run:
Chelsea Morgan and I skinned up Basin Mountain to Basin Couloir, then booted up to the top of the couloir. I scrambled up fourth class rock to the summit; no one signed the register since August. We skied the couloir finding variable snow; powder to a variety of crusts, then found some good corn flakes on the lower mountain.
